As a Wraptel customer, you can take advantage of two Wraptel user's exclusive mobile apps to enhance your experience. These apps are designed to help manage your accounts from checking balances, account transactions, customer support to receiving calls for free or making calls for a fraction of the price through our VoIP/WiFi app.

 

Wraptel VOIP/Wifi Calling Mobile App for International Calls

 

The Wraptel International SIM Card comes with the ability to use our VOIP/Wifi calling app. Download the Wraptel VoIP/WIFI Calling App at iTunes or Google Play and start enjoying the benefits below:

Steps for the One-Time Setup

 

The Wraptel VoIP/WiFi App requires login credentials that are generated directly by our systems. A one-time setup to receive your Username and Password can be done in one of 3 ways:

 

 

  • Text the word SIP to 222 and you will receive your Username and Password via Text.

  • Wraptel SIM must be installed and connected to network.

  • Open the Wraptel VoIP/WIFI App and log in (copy and paste the username and password from the text message into the log in page of the Wraptel VoIP/WIFI App and hit SAVE.
 

 

 

  • Go to http://www.wraptel.com/ to your Account using your registered username and password.

  • When you are logged in select "Manage SIM Accounts".

  • Then select the "View & Edit" button.

  • Next select the "Edit Settings" button.

  • Next find & select the "check box" beside "Get SIP/VoIP Details by SMS".

  • Make sure to SAVE your settings by clicking the "Update SIM Settings" button at the bottom of the page.

  • Your Username and Password have been sent; please check your Text Messages.

  • Open the Wraptel VoIP/WIFI App and log in (copy and paste the username and password from the text message into the log in page of the Wraptel VoIP/WIFI App and hit SAVE

  • You're ready to make & receive calls.
 

 

 

  • Open the Wraptel Support App.

  • Select the "My Account" button.

  • Select the "View & Edit" button.

  • Select the "Edit Settings" button.

  • Next find & select the "check box" beside "Get SIP/VoIP Details by SMS"

  • Make sure to SAVE your settings by clicking the "Update SIM Settings" button at the bottom of the page.

  • Your Username and Password have been sent; please check your Text Messages.

  • Open the Wraptel VoIP/WIFI App and log in (copy and paste the username and password from the text message into the log in page of the Wraptel VoIP/WIFI App and hit SAVE

  • You're ready to make & receive calls.
 

 

 

Making and Receiving Calls with the Wraptel VoIP/WIFI Mobile App

 

After you have your Username and Password, you can start making and receiving calls from the Wraptel VoIP/WIFI App. Below are some important tips to remember:

 

  1. VoIP/WIFI calls are always direct dial (no call back). The call will directly dial to your intended party like a normal phone call.

  2. When making a call over VoIP/WIFI, always use the dial pad found within the Wraptel App.

  3. To make a call, please follow this format: the full country code followed by the recipient’s number and then send: (country code)(full number)(SEND) For example: to call the USA its (1)(full number)(SEND) or the UK its (44)(full number)(SEND).

  4. To receive a call; simply answer through the Wraptel App. All calls made to your Wraptel SIM Card number will ring on the Wraptel App as long as it is open/enabled and your phone is connected to WIFI or 3G. Missed calls will go to your Voicemail.

 

Wraptel Support Mobile App

The Wraptel Support Mobile App is fully integrated with your SIM Card & online Account. This app offers User Support and access to manage your SIM Card and Account.

 

To access the application, you will need to be a registered Wraptel SIM Card User and have the Wraptel Support App installed on your mobile device. Download the Wraptel Support App at iTunes or Google Play and start managing your account via the app. The features include:

  • Quick & easy Top-Up

  • Edit & change your SIM Card settings

  • View the intuitive and easy to follow User Guide

  • View the last 7 days of call logs

  • View the last 7 days of transactions

  • Auto detect your mobile type, this will provide the APN settings to set up mobile data
