For customers who purchase a Wraptel product directly from Wraptel’s on-line store, you can return your product WITHIN 14 DAYS of purchase (or the maximum as permitted within your province of residence) (“Return Period”).
To receive a refund of the purchase price of your Wraptel product (less any rebates and shipping costs), all returns must be:
- Within the Return Period
- Accompanied by ORIGINAL sales receipt
- In its original condition without any scratches or damages
- In the original manufacture box accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Before returning any product to us, you first MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer at the customers own expense. An RMA number is valid 7 days from the issued date. To obtain a RMA, please complete the following form
DEFECTIVE items can be returned directly to Wraptel Inc within 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. After 30 days we will replace it with comparable equipment. After 1 year we will not process any return/exchange. For all defective items, there is no restocking fee and the shipping charges will be refunded.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to restocking fees as indicated above. Shipping charges on NON-DEFECTIVE items will NOT be refunded.
Service – Under normal circumstances, there will be no refund of Service fees once the Service is activated.
Airtime – Under normal circumstances, there will be no refund for Airtime once the Airtime has been used.
Wraptel Inc. recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection since Wraptel Inc. will not be responsible for any damages to the returning shipments.
Although Wraptel will strive to process claims within 4-5 business days, shortage of inventory, overload or other special circumstances might delay the process.
Please allow 5 business days to process refund.
All replacements will be sent via standard ground shipping.
RMA number must be visible on all return shipment’s label or may be refused and returned back to you. A copy of the invoice must be included in returning package.
Wraptel reserves the right to swap with the equivalent or better product for all replacements and exchanges in the event that Wraptel is unable to supply with the same products or products are out of stock.
Wraptel is not liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase, use, misuse of, or inability to use the product, or arising from any repair or replacement of the product by Wraptel Inc. (including but not limited to loss of any information or data) or inability of Wraptel Inc. to make the necessary repairs, including without limitation, incidental, special, consequential damages, or loss of anticipated profits.
If Wraptel determines that any product or any repair or replacement completed is not covered by our warranty, purchaser is responsible for all costs incurred including without limitation, the cost of all parts, shipping and labour charges for the repair or return or replacement of the product.
- Place the manufacturer’s box into a shipping carton.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
- For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
